On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof areas are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. The view of our private courtyard, with traditional round timber and our beautiful 90-year-old walnut tree. The south side provides bright light flooding. On the southwest side is a small separate sitting area, with barbecue facilities. Renovated in 2022.
