House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A unique apartment located on the first floor of Palazzo Alibrandi (16th century), in a quiet piazza adjacent to Campo dei Fiori. After the beautiful internal courtyard and the still partially frescoed staircase, you reach a balcony, adorned with a prestigious Art Deco window, from which you can directly access the apartment. The recently renovated private suite has 6-meter coffered ceilings and fine furnishings. From August 2024, new air conditioning. Cleaning €50 to be paid upon arrival

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Just a few steps from the entrance, there is the square with the daily fruit and vegetable market, and you can have breakfast at one of the many bars in the historic center.
