It's located next to Tec de Monterrey in a university area well connected to downtown but also very close to the forest and far from everything. It has a main bedroom with a full bathroom and bathtub, another room which can be TV or sleeping, as it has a sofa bed that can fit another person. Equipped with a kitchen with indoor dining and a breakfast area in the patio. And a very enjoyable backyard!

A refuge designed for rest. Quiet and with an intimate patio to breathe and relax. The house has a small shared entrance hall. Upon arriving, the door on the right and its steps lead to your private space. Very close to the city’s main roads, with the Zoo just minutes away. In addition, the residential complex has extensive green areas. As it is a divided house, it is possible to hear some noise coming from the upper floor mainly in the mornings.

An outdoor terrace features comfortable seating arranged around a wooden coffee table. Potted plants add greenery, while a grill is positioned in the corner. The backdrop displays a vibrant sunset, with silhouettes of trees and distant mountains enhancing the serene setting.
