'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. This spacious and luminous Morecambe's house is situated very near to the seafront and in a quite street. It's a perfect location to go on serene walks along the promenade and experience the beauty of Morecambe Bay. Not to mention that we are at the doorstep of the lake district. There is a convenient store just down the road,free parking on the street. It is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs. The house has its own free wifi,3 large flat TV screens and Netflix account .
