On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

In the grounds of a Georgian farmhouse, Selby House offers Ropemaker's Cottage, in a hamlet on the Devon/Somerset border. Ducks, chickens, goats. 1 mile to Wellington and in the Blackdown Hills AONB, great sightseeing, walking & cycling. Quality, stylish self catering holiday accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Access for people with limited mobility - 1 bedroom + wet room on ground floor. Enjoy the beautiful setting of this romantic spot set in rolling Devon farmland with a gorgeous view down the Batherm valley towards the wonderful market town of Bampton. Hut with a View has been done to a high spec and comes with everything you need for a relaxing and special stay. Outside there is a wood-fired hot tub, BBQ, fire pit and seating area. Inside, there is a luxurious double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a seating area specially designed for gazing at the view.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Grade II Cosy Cottage on edge of Exmoor

A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. Shops, cafes and a pub are within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fabulous fruit and veg shop, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.
