This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room kitchen of 36 square meters and one bathroom with shower. It has a 10m x 4m swimming pool (heated from 15 April to the end of September) and a jacuzzi (heated all year round). It is located on a 5000m plot of land. Duplex Le Lorient in the heart of Mordelles

The Lorient is a duplex located in the heart of Mordelles, all amenities are less than 5 min walk away. Access to Rennes is easy by bus (30 min to get to Place de Bretagne) or 20 minutes by car. The broceliande forest is 26 min away and the Saint Jacques exhibition center and 11 min drive. Parking is free next door. Not suitable for guests with disabilities.
