Beautiful cottage with garden in Pörtschach!

At the beginning of 2021, we renovated the semi-detached house and furnished it in a modern way and are looking forward to our first guests. In the garden there is a climbing frame, table tennis table and a barbecue. The covered terrace with large table invites you to eat together. A fully equipped kitchen, large living-dining area and small bathroom are located on the ground floor and three double bedrooms, a children's room with bunk bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the 1st floor.

Diese wunderschöne 35m2 grosse Penthousewohnung mit 20m2 Dachterrasse bietet einen Blick auf den wunderschönen türkisblauen Wörthersee und zum direkt gehenüber liegenden Pyramidenkogel. Der See ist in 4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen, ein kostenloser Seezugang und Badeplatz mit Steg liegt in etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Zugverbindung nach Klagenfurt und Villach. Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The apartment (26 m²) with large corner balcony and direct lake/mountain view is located between Velden (5.5 km) and Pörtschach (3.2 km) on Lake Wörthersee, on the main road that leads around the lake. Just 350 m away, within walking distance, is the public, free lake access (toilets, changing rooms available). Töschling train station and the bus stop are only a few meters away. Comfort near lake, university & stadium

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Fully equipped apartment (105 m²) with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large salon, conservatory, terrace and patio. Estate in quiet, park-like ambience with old trees. Private parking. Good bus & train connections! The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Alpen Adria Universität Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, der Wörthersee. Mobilität ist vielfältig möglich, der Fahrradweg führt an der Wohnung vorbei. Gastronomie, Bäckerei, Apotheke... ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde gerade restauriert und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Sie wartet auf Sie!

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
