Fantastic southern slope in the sought-after district of Jauchen. From the large SO balcony as well as from the apartment itself, a beautiful view of Oberstdorf and the Alps. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a combined living/bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It is quaintly modern and has a brand new box spring bed (H4/H4) and two large relax chairs. The rental prices are valid for occupancy of 2 people. Included in the rental price: tourist tax, NK, Internet/Tel. Check-in fees and laundry facilities.

Apartment in Oberstdorf

Our new apartment with about 62 m² is located on the southern outskirts of the village in a quiet location. The village center is a 5-minute walk, and the path to the meadows can be reached in about 2 minutes. The living/dining area has a kitchen incl. Oven and dishwasher, flat-screen TV and access to the terrace. The apartment is located on the basement and is flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The house was built in 2017 after the hour KFW 55 and is heated with a regenerative heater.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.
