Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. The well-kept vacation home is located at the end of a small settlement in a cul-de-sac and has about 200 square meters of living space. The kitchen offers you all the possibilities for self-catering and cooking together with the family. The spacious open living concept makes it possible to start the day in the dining area with a shared breakfast and to spend cozy, comfortable evenings in front of the fireplace in the living area, even with an occupancy of 12 people. You will quickly feel at home here.

Das Appartment liegt im OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine sowie Kühl/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Hier ist auch die Essecke, ein Sofa und Fernseher. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Betten (je 2x1 m). Der Balkon ist von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Das Großes Meer ist 4 km entfernt. Wiegboldsbur liegt zentral zwischen Norden, Aurich und Emden und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Küste ist in ca 25 km erreichbar.

Lüttje Kluntje Brookmerland

Die Dachgeschosswohnung hat mit Ihren 30qm die perfekte Größe um ein paar schöne Tage zu zweit oder auch allein zu verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig und ländlich, am Ortsrand in Sackgassenlage. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bett mit der Größe 160cmx200cm. Ein Highlight ist die Dusche die direkt mit im Schlafzimmer integriert ist. Haustiere sind leider nicht möglich. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel … Alles ist mit dem PKW zwischen ca. 10-20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Cozy "Fehnhäuschen" in Störtebeker Land

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Cozy and maritime furnished, you can have a wonderful holiday in a rural location, within easy reach of the North Sea. Many enjoy the green surroundings and yet the proximity to shops. The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
