The space consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, bedroom and adjacent bathroom. All the important amenities are available, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

Next to the building flows the river that once operated the mills, which creates small waterfalls and tanks of clear and fresh water. It is less than 2 km from the Via degli Dei, and 25 minutes from the Rioveggio toll booth (the last km is on dirt road).

1 km from the Rioveggio motorway exit, the apartment is part of the villa where I live with my family. Guests have independent access from the large terrace, without stairs. In the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs, you can park your car. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer, it's always cool, even without air conditioning. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle and crockery.
