Son Real d'Alt. Mansion with great views

Son Real d'Alt is a 'former Mallorcan estate' mansion dating back to the 15th century dedicated to agriculture, restored in 2015 (respecting its roots and dressing it in modernity) to be able to dedicate it to vacation rentals, in it you can enjoy the authentic rural Mallorca. It consists of 100,000 square meters of forest, fields, and plantations, with a 350 square meter house located on top of a hill with an extraordinary view of the Sierra de Llevant and its wonderful sunrises.

Lugar paradisíaco, muy tranquilo, aunque muy bien comunicado, a 20' de las playas más bonitas de la isla, y a 25´del aeropuerto. This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
