Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

5 minutes by bike from the sea, house and small garden

On the main road that leads to the sea in a lively, well-served area! From the garden, with umbrella, coffee table and chairs, you can access the covered veranda with bench, armchairs and coffee table ideal for breakfasts and aperitifs, bathroom. Living area with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and electric oven. First floor; 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed 160x200 and double bed 140x200), bathroom with large shower cubicle. Wifi internet service and air conditioning. Accommodation tax to be paid upon arrival.

Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Modern furnishings, with all the comforts. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.

For rent all completely new and renovated 55 sqm year apartment with private covered parking. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, bedroom, large bathroom with fine finishes, hallway and storage room. The building is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi network and its location is approximately 300 meters away from the sea. We only accept individuals or couples non-smoking with at most n. 2 children and no pets allowed.

Casa Lilia is a small, fully renovated house in the heart of Viareggio. The central location allows you to reach the pine forest, beach, station and central market in a few minutes. Parking in the area is paid, but a few hundred meters away there is a large free area. The house consists of a double bedroom on a mezzanine, a cozy living area with a French sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The garden is shared with the main house

The villa is located on the hill of Montemagno, a small town near the city of Camaiore, the Versilia sea and historic cities such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence. It is a 19th-century farmhouse recently renovated respecting the historical features with wooden beams and terracotta floors. The villa is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and has a swimming pool (12x6) with salt water, a quiet place to spend a peaceful vacation.

Borgo Metato – Olive Grove

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
