Beautiful 28 m2 studio, very quiet with its view of the entrance to the port. 9-minute walk to all the city's points of interest On the 6th and top floor with elevator, you will be a few minutes' walk to the beach and the city center. 50 m from free parking on Boulevard Clemenceau and parking behind the Total gas station. Dear visitors, I suggest you stay in this pretty studio, restored, on the ground floor of my lovely fisherman's house with independent entrance, close to the lighthouse, the beach, the historic city center and its famous port Free Naturospace parking is at the end of the street. You can leave your car there for the duration of your stay. All visits to the city as well as shopping can be done on foot. The small courtyard is a place shared with me and my neighbor
