Vrijstaand huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy en fijne zithoekjes. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house, its sunbathed terrace, faces its own lake and sits within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Passez un agréable séjour dans cet hébergement confortable. Cette maison rénovée par nos soins se situe au cœur de la campagne morvandelle. Vous y trouverez calme et détente, avec le lac de Pannecière accessible à pieds et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. Le lac des Settons se situe à environ 30min en voiture. Château-Chinon est 7min. Beaux espaces intérieurs, la maison dispose de 2 chambres (à l'étage) avec chacune une mezzanine. Un espace extérieur avec barbecue disponible. 🚭‼️

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

Close to the Nivernais Canal, the 16-lock route, the Baye and Vaux ponds, with water activities and swimming. Close to Morvan Natural Park, visit to Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon... Bakery 1 km away, other shops in Corbigny 14 km away.
