Appartamento in palazzo residenziale di poche famiglie, in zona Pescara Portanuova. Appartamento fresco e nuovo con tre camere da letto due bagni, uno con doccia ed uno con vasca idromassaggio. Siamo a pochi passi dal mare che è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 min o con mezzi tra cui monopattini helbiz. Siamo a poche fermate di autobus dalla stazione centrale di Pescara e a 200 mt dalla stazione di Pescara portanuova. Zona ben fornita tra supermercati e varie attività commerciali.

This cabin offers a lot of privacy with a view of the high mountains of Gran Sasso and the Majella. The log cabin is next to the forrest and below a huge oak tree. It's on a small small bio campsite with 10 are of land off Rocca di Sotto. It has the measures of 5 by 2.5 meters. Gas, water and electricity are available and there is a basic kitchenette with fridge, a double bed, bed linen and towels. There is a little heater.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
