Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 1600s, located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of organising a shuttle service and exclusive experiences tailored to you. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the option of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater swimming pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle, hills and vineyards with unique sunsets.

Podere Piazza is an estate, has its origin in the 15th century. The vacation home was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Podere Piazza was the residence of Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, who was appointed Archbishop of Siena on May 29, 1747. He was a Nobile di Montepulciano and Patrizier of Siena. The buildings of Podere Piazza still bear his coat of arms today. This also explains our little church, at the road junction, in front of it to the right to the pine avenue and to the left into the driveway.

In the ancient rural complex of Caggio, “Il vecchio noce” offers a fully renovated apartment (recently, this past winter 2025/26) that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The accommodation is known as the village's "granaio" (granary) as it faces south and is on the ground floor.
