The Belvedere Suite is a large apartment with a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an extra-comfort mattress 160x200, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet. It is located on the 1st floor and offers spectacular views of vineyards and valleys. Outside, the saltwater pool and corners surrounded by greenery await you, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or sunset aperitifs. Bricco Aivè is a small refuge among the vineyards, ideal for disconnecting and finding calm.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a paid electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
