Renovated in 2024 with selected materials and attention to detail, the house maintains the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the country farmhouse. You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.

It is a nineteenth-century residence typical of the Marche countryside, finely restored, with a large private park and a large terrace overlooking the valley with a view that reaches the sea. The kitchen leads directly onto the large terrace where you can eat on the table and chairs. From the ancient well, to the wood-burning oven, to the stone and brick walls, all very evocative. The medieval town of Montegiorgio, just a short walk away, is the backdrop to the panorama.

Apartment Casa Cerqua of 100 square meters finely furnished, we have recovered all the old materials of the house in the recent renovation adapting the old house to the latest seismic regulations. The furniture is a right mix of modern and antique, elegant but functional. Outside there is a large private area at guests' disposal, with a shaded dining area and a private barbecue. Complete the property with a 12x4.5 swimming pool with shaded porch available to guests.

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.
