Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

Located under the walls that line the Rocca dei Papi, it overlooks the beautiful Lake Bolsena, where you can admire breathtaking sunsets; a short walk from the historic center. All amenities are within walking distance. Located on the ground floor, with a frame of exposed beams and natural stone with a functional equipped kitchen, double bedroom, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. The house is completed by a beautiful cellar that can only be admired from the outside. Pets are not allowed.

Within walking distance you can admire the Rocca dei Papi, the Cathedral of Santa Margherita, the breathtaking and unique sunsets of the Belvedere on Lake Bolsena, Piazza V. Emanuele with the historic Caffè Centrale and the various restaurants in the area. Also a few kilometers away you can visit Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto Cathedral and the City of Popes in Viterbo.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.
