The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. Villino Maria is a charming family-run cottage managed by Luciana Seghetta and her daughter Giada. It is only 6 km from the sea and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view of Montecosaro and the valley of the Chienti river, as well as being a few km from the Sibillini Mountains National Park. The house (200 square meters) has been completely renovated recently. An excellent solution to spend a wonderful vacation with the whole family or with friends in an oasis of complete relaxation in nature.
