This is my bright family apartment, on the edge of the historic center. It's located on the 5th(elevator until 4th floor + 1 flight of stairs) and highest floor of a small building, in an elegant residential area. For me, it’s a quiet corner from which to admire hills and rooftops. We’ve renovated it, keeping the warmth of our real home hoping you'll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window…they're a little something extra, I hope will leave you with lovely memories.

OUTSIDE THE CITY CENTRE, surrounded by peace and greenery. Equipped with a free private parking space 2:00 pm check-in Check out before 10 am

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

“Il Verone” is an ancient villa located on the Tuscan hills, near the town of Settignano, just outside Florence. The apartment is located on the first floor, reached by a flight of stairs, and consists of a kitchen, living room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the three bathrooms have a shower and one has a tub.
