With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

The nearest towns are Sarnano and Bolognola. The apartment is in a mountain residential complex on the third floor facing the street at 1350 meters above sea level. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The house is heated by a pellet stove and fireplace.

The apartment is part of an old building completely renovated in 1993 according to anti-seismic regulations. It has not suffered any damage from the recent earthquake of 24 August 2016 and following.
