Close to the equipped and free beaches of both the waterfront and Baia Flaminia, the station, the center, and the San Bartolo nature park. Spread over two floors, it can accommodate up to four people, with a double bed, which can be separated into two singles, and a sofa bed. In front of the house and in all the surrounding streets there are free public parking spaces.

In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.
