In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Apartment Casa Cerqua of 100 square meters finely furnished, we have recovered all the old materials of the house in the recent renovation adapting the old house to the latest seismic regulations. The furniture is a right mix of modern and antique, elegant but functional. Outside there is a large private area at guests' disposal, with a shaded dining area and a private barbecue. Complete the property with a 12x4.5 swimming pool with shaded porch available to guests.

Perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the landscape that surrounds it. However, it adapts to all needs: it is located a few kilometers from the sea and at short distance from wonderful villages, it also allows mountain lovers to reach the Sibillini Mountains in just over an hour.

NIKE WOODS emotion experience

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

The Tavignano estate is located in the heart of the Marche region, within the famous DOC of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, between the valleys of the river Esino and the Musone on one side, and between the Apennines and the sea on the other side. From the highest promontory of the Estate dominates the manor house, which houses the barrique, the family house, and an elegant Guest House.
