The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

THE AREA OFFERS ALL THE NECESSARY SERVICES. ALSO IDEAL FOR BUSINESS TRIPS, CONSIDERING THE SHORT DISTANCE FROM THE VAL DI SANGRO INDUSTRIAL AREA.

Villa Rosaria è il luogo ideale per trascorrere le proprie vacanze immersi nella natura, distanti dal caos cittadino ma non lontani da tutto quello che il nostro territorio ha da offrire. A soli 15 chilometri dalla meravigliosa Costa dei Trabocchi con le sue riserve naturali di Punta Penna e Punta Aderci. Nei dintorni è possibile dedicarsi a svariate attività come ad esempio passeggiate a cavallo e gite giornaliere in barca per vistare la costa e le Isole Tremiti.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
