Nestled among the ancient olive trees, Villa degli Olivi offers a haven of serenity and sophistication and is a short stroll into the cobblestoned paths of Spello along a flat, tree lined lane. This recently renovated Villa offers modern luxury while maintaining its Italian roots. Offering 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and the possibility for 2 additional guests with a sleeper sofa. A cozy studio apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and sleeper sofa is also available for an additional cost.

The Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel spread over several locations (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the village of Fontecchio (AQ), just a 5-minute walk from the main square of the village. Fontecchio is a medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet valley of the Aterno River.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Just minutes from Assisi, between Rasiglia, Spello, and the Menotre Waterfalls, the tourist rental welcomes you. After a day discovering Umbria, just relax in the hydromassage, hammock, deckchairs and BBQ area immersed in nature and the silence of the Umbrian landscape. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
