The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small detached house with two rooms: on the ground floor there is the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and on the first floor there is the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, and a private parking space is available a few metres away. There's no TV. A quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included.
