The stone villa is secluded and surrounded by the greenery of the woods. Here you will find peace, privacy, silence and unspoilt nature. This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The villa was built in the mid-1800s by my great-grandfather. Then, over the years, it was restored and improved, always maintaining the classic Tuscan style. We are located between the Val d'Orcia, Monte Amiata and the sea. We are located 870m above sea level. The villa is about 15 minutes by car from Arcidosso.

The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

The grounds are furnished and equipped and include shady corners for reading, a swimming pool, lawns with sun loungers, panoramic terraces, outdoor showers, barbecues and an outdoor dining table. The house consists of a living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms for 10 beds (4 double and 1 twin), 4 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 3 showers), equipped kitchen and internal patio.
