Sylvie and Alain are happy to welcome you in their small chalet /bed and breakfast straight out of a fairy tale, mounted and decorated by them, for a weekend or more... We are located 4 km from the village of SEDERON, at an altitude of 1000 m, in the birthplace of the Hautes Baronnies en Drôme Provençale. Chalet of 20 m2 , living room, bathroom, dry toilets, walk-in shower. Mezzanine bedroom accessible by mill ladder Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Garden access. Hiking trails from the house. Paragliding schools 10 minutes away . Very close to Montbrun les bain ( ranked the most beautiful village in France), thermal baths , 20 minutes from the Méouge gorges, Toulourenc gorges. Ballades à Buis les Baronnies..... Paradise for cyclists, Mont Ventoux awaits you.... Provencal market on Sunday morning, heated pool open all summer with snack bar. All local shops in the village: bakeries, butchers, supermarket, tobacco, press , post office, pizzeria bar, restaurant hostel, nursing and physiotherapy practice. You will be conquered by the sumptuous landscapes , the scents of the lavender fields, the calm and sweetness of life ... Room for 2 people, breakfast included. Very cozy cottage for lovers, in the countryside!

Tout près d'Avignon, mais à la campagne, un agréable et confortable chalet,sur 2 niveaux, 40 m2, tout neuf. Très calme et préservant votre intimité, avec une jolie terrasse équipée d'un salon de jardin, un barbecue à gaz , le tout face à une pinède .un acces à une très belle piscine et un immense parc. Il est équipé d'une cuisine intégrée, d'une sdb, d'un salon TV, d'une grande chambre, lit 160, possibilité d'une 3ième pers. sur canapé lit au rdc (ou lit d'appoint) .Il est climatisé.

Quiet cottage in nature

Venez vous détendre dans ce chalet tout confort. Il vous offrira un rapprochement avec la nature: le chant des oiseaux, le hululement des chouettes, les sauts d arbre en arbre des écureuils roux, le chant des cigales en été. Nous avons aussi sur la propriété quelques poules, oies, cochon, chèvres et notre gentil cheval. Niché dans un petit hameau, vous pourrez faire de belles balades ou randonnées. Vous serez idéalement situé entre les trésors de l Ardèche et le charme de la Drôme.
