Les Figuiers is a spacious, stylish, contemporary two-bedroom apartment in a beautifully maintained development overlooking the artists’ quarter of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Set in its own grounds, this third floor apartment offers fantastic views over the bay of Villefranche onto Cap Ferrat. The apartment has a large living/dining area and a fantastic and fully equipped kitchen - with dishwasher, washing machine and American style fridge. There is a great balcony with dining table and comfortable chairs to lounge in. It has a separate WC and a big bathroom with walk in shower. The apartment is fully air conditioned. Guests have access to a large swimming pool and there is also a children’s pool. Les Figuiers is a ten minute walk from the port of Villefranche and the beach. There is a bus stop right outside the gardens with buses leaving every ten minutes for Nice and Monaco. It’s a fifteen minute walk to the railway station from where Italy is a mere 40 minute journey away.

Rez de jardin indépendant dans maison individuelle. 3 pièces (65 m2) standing refait à neuf (novembre 2017), pouvant accueillir 5 personnes. Situé entre Nice (10 mn) et Monaco (20 mn) sur les hauteurs de Villefranche, à environ 10 mn en voiture de la gare et des plages de Beaulieu ou de Villefranche. Il est préférable, d'avoir une voiture. Le parking privé dans le jardin est appréciable dans la région ! L’accès au parking semble un peu étroit au début pour certains !
