The apartment, which is set up as a loft, is beautifully designed and finished with beautiful and durable materials. You can use the lovely natural swimming pool that is available in summer and winter, located in the large (shared) garden. The hustle and bustle nearby and the peace and nature immediately available :)

Wellness Villa Monschau

Wellness Villa Monschau offers unique accommodation for 16 people, for the whole family or a (large) group of friends. The accommodation is equipped with every luxury: a complete wellness floor with a large indoor swimming pool (9×4×1.5), a spacious Finnish sauna and a relaxation area. All this within a few minutes' walk from the Monschauer Altstadt! The house is not suitable as a party location. After 10 PM, the noise on the roof terrace should be reduced. After booking, this will be respected.

The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

This peaceful family villa offers an exceptional relaxing stay. It is located in a small village 15 minutes from Durbuy. 3 bedrooms are available as well as 2 bathrooms Suitable for families, couples, and quiet groups of friends. The vacation home is part of a former farm. We have two vacation homes, one for 8 and one for 10 people and a newly renovated apartment. The two houses are detached on a hill in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. The houses are very comfortably furnished and flooded with light through the large patio doors with dream views. The view alone lets the soul wander!
