Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Accommodation ideally located to reach the medieval city of Provins (15 min away) UNESCO World Heritage, the Château de Fontainebleau (40 min away) Quiet, you can also rest, enjoy a beautiful terrace, swimming pool (not private/shared with the owners family) and pétanque court.
