Peace, good air and wonderful nature

Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is located at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Stepping out the front door offers a magnificent view of the Karniner Lotsenturm, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. It's wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. The fenced garden and the approx. 40 m² living area are perfect for single people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. In the evening, grill together on the stone grill and eat together on the large half-roofed terrace, read a book on the Hollywood swing and a sandbox for the little ones. The settlement on the Kiessee is a few minutes away from the beautiful and very clean bathing lake.

There is another bedroom with a double bed. Storage space for your belongings is also available. Outside, you will find a heated pool from May to September and a terrace with seating area. Parking is right in front of the house. This is a place of rest.

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for toddlers as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
