A large roof terrace overlooking the castle lets the evenings end comfortably with wine. They are located when leaving the house right downtown with many cafes, restaurants and attractions. A baker for the breakfast rolls is right around the corner.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

Our 91 m² apartment, located directly on the Unstrut bike trail, offers relaxation for the whole family. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, our guests also enjoy the large full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Meals also taste particularly good on the private balcony.
