Holiday cottage in the heart of Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) can accommodate up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the first floor of a former outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the quiet of the Percher countryside and admire our vegetable garden. Looking forward to welcoming you to our haven !

At the foot of the Bellême state forest, this pretty Percheron house is full of charm. Its garden invites you to relax for a real moment of nature break.

You are staying at the gates of the perch (Saint Cosme en Vairais) in an old bread oven. Quiet and peaceful place 4 km from the village. The accommodation has a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, a living area with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, a plot of land and a garden shed (with outdoor furniture). A stove and wood are available for you to enjoy your evenings

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
