Quiet and nice, pleasant high view. Near TAMK university and tram. Please note: bookings are taken only if you introduce well who you are, your group and your trip. Praise from guests: 1-Excellent location! 2-Excellent traffic, tram stop right nearby. It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and nice views from the balcony. In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.
