The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. The apartment 'Udsigten' is located just 150 meters from the sea and in the middle of the wonderful nature right up to National Park Mols Bjerge. The apartment is 60 m2 and is an independent apartment with its own entrance, as part of the private Blushøjgård Kursus- og Feriecenter. The apartment overlooks all four corners of the world. From the cozy bright glass bay window in the living room, there is a sea view and a view over the courtyard towards the viewpoint Peter Dolmens hill, the region's highest point Kalesbakke and Blushøjgård's apple orchard.

There are many places with leanings on the grounds and a fire pit. The house is tucked behind the hill Ormebjell, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Strand. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two offset levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer field. In this cozy cottage you can completely unwind and enjoy the beautiful view of both fields and forests. The cottage is for you who appreciate outdoor life and like the simple life close to nature. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and wood in the wood-burning stove. You must therefore hold back a little on consumption - in return, you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

Charmerende og moderniseret sommerhus ved Dejret Strand på Mols. Det tager 2 min. at gå til havet. Sommerhuset har plads til 4 personer. Hyggelig stue med højt til loftet og skønt køkken. Der er sol hele dagen på terrassen. Nedgravet trampolin, sandkasse, bålsted mv. Mols Bjerge har mange smukke vandreture. Der er ca 2,6 km til Skødshoved strand med hyggelig lille havn, ishus og restaurant. 1 lille hund er velkommen. Om sommeren ønskes ankomst og afrejse helst i weekenden. Ellers skriv😊
