Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Check out this tastefully renovated old stable. Close to nature, in the countryside with all the comforts. 20 minutes north of Dijon, in the Ignon Valley, 10 minutes from Is-sur-Tille. Linens provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This farmhouse, maintained to be comfortable, has retained its 19th-century character. There is an adjoining garage with a Type 2 EV charging station.

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Within the National Forest Park, come and discover our small farm as well as our beautiful region filled with history and castles, not to mention Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy. Our cottage is fully equipped for your children (bouncer seat, highchair, etc.) and games are in the village square. Cycling, hiking, discovering nature await you! SURPRISE from December 1, come and discover the elf lodge. The magic of CHRISTMAS settles in at the Gîte des Coudrieres.

Ideally located in the heart of the village, this quiet house is attached to a fully renovated farmhouse. Accommodates up to 5 people. Composed of 2 large bedrooms upstairs (one with 2 beds, the other with 3), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a 27 m2 living room with fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/TV area. CEA Valduc is 25 minutes away. Is-sur-Tille train station is a 5-minute walk. 15 min from Dijon by car.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
