Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Unwind after a day of skiing or a mountain hike in this peaceful, newly built, sustainable natural-wood chalet. Enjoy the wooden panelling, the oak floorboards, and the handcrafted wooden furniture. Lie down on the lambskin rug, gaze up at the high gallery and the rustic lighting or at the fire in the fireplace—or look out and be captivated by the incredible mountain view, which you can also enjoy from the lounger and from the unique tree dining table on the covered terrace!

The Sunseitn vacation home with single use is in top condition. Enjoy the view with the tranquility of the Mölltal and take time for your break. A wonderful house is at your disposal, including a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with satellite TV, 4 bedrooms with TV and a huge relaxation terrace with a fantastic view and parking spaces. Important: Pets are welcome - but there is an additional cleaning fee of €20.00

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Tower in the mountains

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

Quiet apartment in the heart of Obervellach

Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal base for skiing, winter hiking, pony hikes and nature experiences in the Mölltal – even for just one night. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. We live on the upper floor of the house. Shopping and gastronomy are within walking distance.

The chalet is situated on a quiet and sunny mountainside and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The 110m² chalet offers enough space for up to 6 people. It has a spacious living and dining area, which is perfect for sociable evenings. With three bedrooms, it offers enough space for families or groups. Enjoy the sun on the terrace and use the large garden with barbecue for cozy outdoor barbecues.

Tauernwelt The AlpenNatur Chalet

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Bergmann's Holiday Apartment

Bergmanns Ferienapartment in Nußdorf-Debant offers a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. It has a balcony with mountain and city views, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a dishwasher. Other amenities include a sofa bed, TV and free on-site parking. Guests appreciate the quiet location, the picturesque views and the friendly host.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
