Grand T2 en RDC exposé plein sud. 38m2 + terrasse de 25m2 dont une partie couverte. WI-FI. Une chambre avec lit en 140 + BZ en 90. Séjour avec canapé convertible en 160. Situé à 500m de la plage, à deux pas du golf, du marché et des commerces. Entièrement équipé pour un séjour tranquille et sans voiture. Tout peu se faire à pieds. Le linge de maison n est pas fourni. L appartement doit être restitué ménage fait. Un chèque de caution menage sera demandé à l entrée dans l appartement.

In the countryside, 1 km from the ocean, in the heart of the golf course, 3* P&V residence. Games, petanque, ping pong, restaurant (summer), laundry (all year, may close at 7 p.m. in winter), evening entertainment (summer). The apartment (42 m2) is spacious, very well equipped, comfortable bedding, plenty of storage, TV, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, two tower fans. Its two terraces overlook the pool! Kids love it! A 2nd pool, behind our building is very nice and heated

Ocean and canal view apartment. Beautiful refurbished accommodation. You will appreciate its bright living space with modern kitchen, equipped and open to the living room. The independent bedroom has access to a balcony with sea view. Separate bathroom and toilet. Linens and towels set up on arrival. This family accommodation has private and secure parking. The balcony on the Courant side is closed for work but the balcony on the ocean side remains accessible.

Come and enjoy this apartment in the heart of the Landes forest with a direct view of the golf course. At your disposal, all the equipment you need for a good holiday : living/dining room with TV, 4-burner electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Sofa bed in the living room and separate bedroom with bed 140. 5 minutes (on foot) from the first restaurants and especially 2 accesses to the beaches, central or that of the oaks !

You will like the dominating situation of this accommodation (50m2) and its terrace (30m2) which are nestled on the flank of the superhossegor hill, in the middle of the cork oaks. Without any opposite this will be your haven of peace, from which you will be 2 minutes from the lake on foot and 10 minutes of oyster tastings from the bottom of the lake. A 1 minute walk you will enjoy the unforgettable lake and ocean point of view that makes the area famous.
