I recommend the only seal engraving museum in Japan, the literary memorial hall, and the castle ruins. I was born at the foot of Mt. Fuji and came to this city to raise my children. This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. Out of consideration for our neighbors, the following activities are strictly prohibited. ・ BBQ after the sun has gone down - BBQ in front of the house - Fireworks ・ Playing loud music, etc., indoors or outdoors ・ Making noise outside after the sun has gone down ・ Drinking and making loud noises ・ Loud conversations indoors after 10 pm Please book only if you are willing to comply with these rules.

The price shown is for the room-only plan. Children under 12 years of age can stay for free. If you are traveling with children or would like to have dinner, please message us before booking. Also, since the host may go out for a short time to pick up and drop off children, we would appreciate it if you could let us know your check-in time by the day before in a message after booking, as it is only a general guideline. It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
