Note that the stairs up can be perceived as steep and demanding for people who are bad at their feet. We live in a wall ourselves, and we are happy to rent to quiet and responsible people

Spacious living room, partially screened kitchen, hall, toilet, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Laundry basement. No party/smoking! Longer stays possible.

Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. A dog usually lives with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Free parking/car charging can be agreed upon in beforehand. 100 m to NTNU Gløshaugen and bus. Walking distance to cozy Bakklandet and city centre. Washer and dryer in basement.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available from 12/1 to 22/2 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.

Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a fantastic location and balcony in the heart of Trondheim. With a short walking distance to both Trondheim Spektrum and the city center, this is the ideal place to stay to experience everything Trondheim has to offer. Our apartment comes with two comfortable bedrooms that provide a good night's sleep for up to 4 guests. In addition, there is also a comfortable sofa in the living room that can be used as an extra sleeping space.

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Simple and peaceful accommodation of about 25 sqm. with a central location close to Trondheim city center. The apartment comes with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest grocery and bus stop that takes you into the city center in 10 minutes. Both Lerkendal and NTNU Gløshaugen you can stroll to in 12-15 minutes (although public transport is also available). It is possible to dispose of one parking space.
