The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, where stairs must be used. It is not suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment consists of a hallway, bedroom, bathroom, as well as open kitchen and living room on the 1st floor. Upstairs with loft living room, bed and office space. A bed 1 50 cm width, one of 120 cm, in addition to a double sofa bed.

The house is located about 5 min walking distance from the airport bus stop Berg Studentby.

Short way to the city center with 15 minutes walk to Midtbyen, good public connections and great hiking opportunities including along Nidelven a short distance from the apartment. Great location considering the proximity to St. Olavs hospital. Zone parking on the street for up to a week for NOK 395 can be arranged with at least one working day's notice. Easy and flexible check-in with code lock. There is not lift in the building.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Perfect for transit travellers in Trondheim, only 4 minutes from E6 and free parking outside. Direct bus to Trondheim city centre and the central station in 20 minutes.

It is a short distance to the urban forest, which is a popular hiking area for both tourists and locals, summer and winter. It is walking distance to Sauptadsenteret with, among other things, grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, hairdresser, gym, eatery and gas station with 24-hour Deli de Luca.

The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest grocery and bus stop that takes you into the city center in 10 minutes. Both Lerkendal and NTNU Gløshaugen you can stroll to in 12-15 minutes (although public transport is also available). It is possible to dispose of one parking space.
