Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. More information on request. Fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper as well as coffee capsules and etc. Fresh flowers, chocolate, mineral water and fruit are available to welcome you. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 3-4 people can be accommodated. 2 additional single beds are possible No parties.

It is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as satellite TV with streaming services.

'Haus am Wald' is a newly renovated old farmhouse. Surrounded by forests and meadows it offers pure relaxation without any traffic noise. Wake up by the birds singing in the morning and watch the deer roaming through the forest. Shopping is available Lippborg (3 km) with supermarket, bakeries and several shops. Situated 4 km from autobahn A2 it is very easy to get here. The house offers 100 m² of living space with family room, 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen.

On the first floor, large kitchen with dining area for up to 9 people, bedroom with XXL box spring bed, children's/and youth room or second bedroom as well as large bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. Both bedrooms have access to the rear terrace and garden. On the upper floor, large fireplace/living room with access to the panoramic lake view roof terrace.

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

The cozy vacation home Gabi is located above the Hennesee & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland landscape. It is completely made of wood inside and exudes cozy comfort in a rustic atmosphere. Cozy like 30 years ago! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sofa bed in the living room & a bunk bed, so it can accommodate 5-6 guests. The 2 terraces & the garden invite you to linger with a wonderful view.

Liebe Gäste, wir bieten unser liebevoll renoviertes Fachwerkhaus mitten im Sauerland zur Miete an. Das Haus verfügt über einen Hof, der zu Eurer/Ihrer Verfügung (inkl. Parken) steht. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine offene Küche und der Wohnbereich. Im 1. Geschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein Arbeitszimmer ist in Arbeit. Wir laden Euch herzlich dazu ein Euer Feedback da zu lassen!
