The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with a large kitchen-living room, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with a grill and parking spaces for bicycles. We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone, 1.4 km to the train station. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby gates on the stairs. Be careful, the stairs are steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch

Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. From there, you can get to the following places very quickly: - Old town & downtown 9 min. - Königsallee 8 min. - Central Station in 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 min (1 time change) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, Mc Fit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (about 400m) and within walking distance.
