Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Located in the small Istrian village of Šivati, the villa offers privacy and relaxation for the whole family. Kuća za smještaj 4+1 osobe u mirnom selu udaljenom 20 minuta od Rovinja i drugih poznatih odredišta. Cijela kuca ima podno grijanje i u zimskim mjesecima je vrlo ugodno boravit u njoj. Kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu, u dnevnom boravku se može smjestiti još 1 osoba. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima a na terasi uz bazen je i vanjska kuhinja sa krušnom peći i roštiljem. U dvorištu je bazen 8x5m i jos jedan objekt u kojemu je sauna i još jedna kupaonica.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
