Our house is located directly on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Cycle path and the cross-country ski trail are right on the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel can be reached in 5 minutes. The studio is located in the lower part of the house with separate entrance and directly connected carport. Your skis or bikes will also fit there. We have furnished our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.

It is a good starting point for excursions, hikes and mountain tours. For cyclists, we are right on the Tauern Cycling Path.
