The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Private suite in stylish, remodeled Victorian-style house in Bernal Heights (10 mins away by car from Downtown). Suite is private, separate from the rest of the home and with dedicated entrance. It consists of one bedroom, living room, and bathroom. No full kitchen. Quiet location on a one-way street, in a residential area with nice views of the city, away from traffic. Street parking is generally available in front or in close proximity to the house. Easy access to US 101 and 280 entrance.

The location is 10 - 15 minutes from the heart of vibrant Castro with many shops/restaurants and MUNI public transit – 30 minutes door-to-door to downtown or Moscone center. Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on Thursdays 9am-11am and across the street is on Wednesdays 12pm-2pm.)

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, brand new kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.
