We have the opportunity to provide you with something completely different that you have not seen or experienced before. Our idea was to combine traditional and modern, that is, a holiday in the countryside in modern conditions. By staying with us, you will be able to feel the charms of nature, enjoy the fresh air, the chirping of birds, the sunrise and sunset, and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

We invite you to the cozy part of the house in a picturesque and quiet place, only 7–10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Lustica — Zhanice For you: 1st floor: kitchen, large terrace with dining area, shower, toilet and washing machine. Perfect for outdoor breakfasts and evening gatherings! 3rd floor: two cosy bedrooms (double bed + two single beds), a living room and a small kitchen area. A large outdoor terrace where you can sunbathe on sunbeds, admiring the sea view. Peaceful and quiet, without the noise of the city.
