Das Stöckli liegt im schweizer Emmental, zentral gelegen zwischen Bern (19km) und Thun (20km). Geniessen Sie die friedliche Ruhe, in der Natur mit Tieren und vergessen Sie den Alltagstress. Das Häuschen bietet 3 Betten. Es wird mit Holz geheizt . und verfügt über Elektroplatten. Plus Holzkochofen. Das eigene Quellwasser kann beliebig im Brunner direkt vor dem Haus genommen werden. Wasser wird Ihnen für den Täglichen Gebrauch bereit gestellt. Dusche und WC befindet sich im Nebengebäude.

Es ist eine 2 1/2 Zimmer - Wohnung. 4 Schlafplätze im Schlafzimmer und 4 Schlafplätze im Wohnzimmer.

Die anreise empfehlen wir nur mit auto!

Das Studio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, hat einen separaten Zugang, mit einem Rasen als Vorplatz und Aussicht auf das Worblental. Es steht eine eigenes WC / Dusche sowie eine Kochnische zur Verfügung. Der Garten steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Es steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für Elektroautos steht eine Wallbox zum aufladen des Autos zur Verfügung (nach Rücksprache)

Studiowohnung in ländlicher Umgebung, nahe Bern

Unsere im Juli 2020 neu renovierte kleine Studiowohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier in idyllischer Lage am Ortsrand von Rüfenacht. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt beim Haus. ÖV-Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Die Stadt Bern ist rund 8 km entfernt. Die schönen Ski- und Wandergebiete im Berner Oberland sind gut erreichbar.

This spacious apartment is located in the cozy attic of a typical Emmental farmhouse named Bühlmenschwand. In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.

Staying in an old farmhouse in quiet area

The cozy flat "Vergissmeinnicht" is located on the ground floor of an almost 200 years old farmhouse. Renovated in spring of 2016 with a completely new bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, the flat provides enough space for up to six people. The house is situaded in beautiful and quiet surroundings.
